How do I check the status of my order?

When you place your order you will receive an email acknowledgement from us.  At that point, we will make your items and then send you confirmation that they have been dispatched.  If you want to check on your order at any point, just drop us an email and we will update you on our progress.  

You can check on the status of your order by visiting the Orders section in My Account. Once on the Orders tab in My Account, click on the order number

Can I change the delivery address after I have placed my order?

We can change your delivery address up to the point of dispatch.  Send us an email with your order details and the changed address.   

Can I modify my order?

Contact us immediately by email if you wish to modify your order.  If you do this within an hour of having placed your order or before the next working day, if you have placed your order in the evening, then we can make the modifications you need.  If we have already begun to make your items, then we will let you know if we have passed the point of being able to accommodate any changes.

Can I cancel my order?

We have a ‘no quibble’ returns policy.  You can cancel your order up to 7 days after it has been delivered to you.  Personalised items that have already been made and dispatched cannot be cancelled.  Contact us immediately by email if you wish to cancel your order.  If we have already dispatched your order, then you will need to return it to us.

Can I increase the quantity I have ordered?

Yes.  Simply place a new order.

Can I order a bespoke design?

Yes.  Let us know what you would like and we will do our best to achieve it for you.  We will let you know the cost of any additional embroidery or additional embellishments.  

Can you use my fabric so that it matches my home?

Yes, but it depends on the type of fabric that you have and whether we feel we can make the same product for you.  Let us know what you have in mind, and send us a sample of your fabric and we will do our best to achieve it for you.
