DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
Something wrong with your order?  No-one likes that, least of all us.  We want happy customers delighted with perfect items. So, we will do everything we can to rectify a problem.  Contact us by email immediately and tell us what has gone wrong.


Damaged items can be returned to us and we will replace them. Missing items will be replaced if they have not arrived within a fortnight of the due date.  Replacements may differ slightly from the original if we have used bespoke fabric/materials.  If you received an item that does not match your order, or you received an incorrect quantity, please contact us immediately.  We cannot accept returns on personalised, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.


    



Returns

TO YOU, FROM US:
We make everything to order, and will do our utmost to have your items posted within 3 days of receiving your order.  If your order is going to take longer for us to produce, we will let you know.  

We will let you know by email when your order has been posted and the expected due date.  


We take care in packing and we use pre-loved cardboard and re-cycled packaging to keep your order safe and secure.  We will use a tracking service where that is practical.
